• Economy Delivery 2-5 days: £3.95. FREE on orders over £99.
• Next Day Delivery (order by 12pm): £9.95.
• Click & Collect (only available from Brighton & Hove, U.K): We like to offer the option for our Local customers to collect for FREE from our HQ in Brighton & Hove. Collection available from 10am on the day following your order.

European Union Shipping

• Economy Delivery 3-7 days: £14.95. FREE on orders over £159

International Shipping 

• Economy Delivery 5-9 days: £19.95. FREE on orders over £199

All orders are processed within 1 business day. We will keep you in the loop and you'll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Your satisfaction is our main priority, so if you change your mind, or are not completely in love with your order, we offer a 28-day return policy. This means you have 28 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

As a small business, we kindly ask that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs, using a reliable delivery method with tracking to ensure safe return back to us.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn & unused, with tags, and in its original packaging (our compostable bags have an extra glue-strip to make this even easier for you!).

To start a return, please contact us at hello@thebodhishala.com, stating your order number and reason for return. If your return request is accepted, we'll send you instructions on where to send your package.

Refunds

We will notify you once we've received & inspected your return, and let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Damages and issues

Each item is carefully inspected for quality before sending, however in the unlikely event you receive a defective, damaged or the wrong item, please email to let us know at hello@thebodhishala.com, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

Unfortunately, we are not able to action exchanges against your original order. The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the item you have, and make a separate order for your new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
